Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy (B2B Only)

This Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. We do not sell to consumers. By purchasing from this website, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity for commercial or industrial use.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

1. No Consumer Sales

All products are sold solely to commercial entities. Consumer protection laws applicable to individual consumers do not apply to transactions governed by this Policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, except as expressly stated in this Policy.

Products are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” subject only to the limited manufacturer’s warranty described below.

3. Defective Products (Limited Exception)

A return, repair, or replacement is permitted only if the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing defect.

A product is not considered defective if the issue results from:

  • Improper installation, use, or maintenance

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Environmental conditions or electrical issues

  • Normal wear and tear

We reserve the right to require inspection by us or the manufacturer before authorizing any warranty service.

4. Exclusive Remedy – Repair or Replacement Only

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

If a defect is confirmed:

  • The sole and exclusive remedy is repair or replacement, at our sole discretion.

  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished and of equal or greater value.

This remedy replaces all other remedies, whether statutory, contractual, or otherwise.

5. Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Two Years)

All machines are covered by a limited two (2) year manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable components

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized service

6. Warranty Repair Process

All warranty repairs must be performed exclusively at the manufacturer’s designated repair facility.

  • The buyer is responsible for proper packaging and shipment to the repair facility.

  • Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

  • Repair or replacement timelines are estimates only.

Any unauthorized repair or service voids the warranty immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties (UCC-Compliant)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER WYOMING LAW:

  • ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

  • IF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TWO (2) YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for issues covered by this Policy and shall first provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.

10. Governing Law and Venue

This Policy, and all transactions arising from it, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

11. Acceptance and Incorporation

By purchasing from this website, Buyer:

  • Confirms it is a business entity purchasing for commercial use

  • Agrees this Policy is incorporated into the Terms and Conditions

  • Acknowledges that this Policy constitutes a binding agreement
